Falcon Plumbing Heating & Solar

Had to have Falcon come on a Saturday to fix the stupid water heater they got a very nice young man to come and access and then fix the heater. We have used Falcon in the past and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a heater fix... Thank you for great service from the first call to the end_ Karen Dumont

I am a maintenance person for a large set of condos in burlington proper. We have another company that we use for our day to day needs, but when they are overbooked we call Falcon or suggest to the unit owners to call Falcon. So far I or unit owners have had to deal with them 6 times and with the exception of bringing a slightly different part one time, they have always had their acts together, being on time, having correct parts on hand, having knowledge of the issue, and being able to communicate with me properly regarding the fix. The last one is a big one with me, as communication is easy enough but yet so hard for some people.

Outstanding service! Friendly, efficient, clean (nicest solder joints I've seen in a long while). I hope I don't need any emergency service any time soon, but if I do, I'm calling Falcon.

I had an emergency with my dishwasher overflowing overnight. I called for emergency help around 3:30 AM after trying unsuccessfully to turn off the water at the valve. I was walked through step by step how to turn the water to the dishwasher off from the boiler. The gentleman was patient and used technology by having me send him pictures to assist. I am grateful that I was able to stop the water flow. He also referred services for cleaning up the water and repairing the dishwasher. Excellent service!
