Human feces on the sidewalk and in the men's urinal. Strict parking enforcement. They will tow your car if you are an Amtrak or VRE customer with an electronic ticket. (See the volunteers at the visitor center in the historic depot building for a form to put on your dash) There are no train offices at the station. First world parking enforcement, third world social standards. A typical train station in Kenya is cleaner and more civilized. Oh...Amtrak train was 30 min late. The morning train did not come at all, leaving several passengers to wait hours and hope for the best on the 10:19(10:55) train.
