Comfortable, usually on time, and friendly staff.. what more to ask. If they are drastically late they compensate with a voucher. Doesn't happen often but it is nice to see companies stand behind there services.

Stuck on VRE at Rippon Station heading north due to a train accident ahead. Waiting for buses to pick us up to transport us to Franconia Springfield so we can then Metro on to Washington D.C. ugh! This doesn't happen often but when it does it makes for a long morning.

Safe place to go and to leave your car. Stairs and elevator. Can buy and validate tickets using a machine. No people working site.

Nice and clean VRE station. Not too many people I see in the rush hour, but if there is another stair or elevator to the parking would've been nice and comfortable for customers. Parking is easy and available.
