Vision Associates, Inc.

Went in today to pick up my $300 verace glasses (with insurance) perscription in the left eye was completely wrong & material was wrong as well, and crystal could not of been more rude & terrible at customer service. i will be calling the manager tommorrow for a full refund & no longer work with vision associates.

If your time is valuable to you, this is not the place for you. Every appointment I've ever had has been at least 30 minutes to an hour late. Since I only go once a year, I've put up with it, but after 4 years, nothing has changed. You will get the opportunity to hear the front desk staff complain about how they are supposed to leave and are SO BUSY all while getting to hear them gab and talk about their personal lives the moment the doctor leaves. They also give good attitude to the doctors right in front of the patients. Very unprofessional. It is very unfortunate that this place seems so mismanaged. The doctors have all been thorough and the folks doing the glasses are always helpful and kind which is why I've hesitated to find another practice. I'd give them a 5 if I could separate them out!

Staff present well but are EXTREMELY ARROGANT and not helpful at all! Will never recommend this place to ANYONE! Didn't even want to give 1 star!
