I am an RN and I give a shot to my husband every week. When I tried to get needles from this Walgreens in Great Falls, the pharmacy tech was very rude and acted like I was asking her to just give them to me. She would only let me buy 4 needles and wouldn't even let me order a box.

Walgreens is by fair the WORST pharmacy to work with in town! They're the most expensive to use, and aren't good advocates for their patients when it comes to helping them with cost.
