Walmart Supercenter

Called in my prescription refills 2 days ago and decided I didn’t want one of the three. They say “Well now we have to reprocess your order so you’ll have to wait a couple of minutes.” Over 20 min later and still waiting. Not my problem the ‘process’ can’t handle a quick change. All I wanted was to exclude one Rx. This is complete bull!

I love Walmart because of the prices I can afford and the convenience of one stop shopping. BUT...I rate it at 3 stars because for the last year or so, there has been severe under stocking of way too many items! Walmart, what's going on with that? Inquiring minds really want to know! That is all. Carry on.

There is a pharmacy tech who, has her name badge turned both times I've been in, brunette curly hair in a pony... Not friendly, poor customer service, and acts as if doing her job is going out of her way. The other staff does fine, but the Mullan St. Walmart and State line pharmacy's are much more friendly and helpful. If the Mullah or State line Walmart doesn't have it they call any other Walmart to check their stock and send me on my way. The curly brunette at the Hayden Wal-Mart told me to look up the numbers and "call around" or wait for them to get it over 24 hours later for an infant who needs the prescription immediately. Pretty rude when she stares at you as if you're uneducated and you don't have a clue about life. My first visit here, I figured it was just a bad day... My second visit with her just makes me realize she has poor customer service and people skills.

Unfortunately as Walmarts go this place is not up to standard that I have come to expect from this corporation. Try calling anyone there on the phone if u enjoy being put on hold indefinitely even in the departments that are usually staff on hand such as electronics and sporting goods. As far as helpfulness it is pretty much usual but the staff are never around in the major areas and a number of them, greater than anyone should notice, have poor hygiene to the degree that u can smell them from five feet away. Not a professional way to maintain ur staff in my opinion. Most companies require their employees to be hygienic and well kept. Beyond that it was good enough to get in and out.

Hayden WalMart staff friendliness is variable. The pickup area for ordering items is better than it was. Use to have to chase down the area to pick up orders. Good experience.
