Nordstrom Rack Boise Towne Square

The pickings are limited, and the lines can get long. They sign up people at the register during peak hours and makes the wait so much longer than necessary. The store needs a facelift too.

Everything in this store is a great deal. Clearance or “full price”, everything is reduced from original retail price. Amazing brands, amazing people

I get disappointed every time I think I will find something in here. The one in Utah is 10 times better with so much more selection on everything.

Nordstrom’s Lost it’s Mojo!!!!! Mom sent me a birthday present that didn’t fit. Nordstrom didn’t have my size (crude selection) then couldn’t/ wouldn’t give me the cash! I’m pissed, Mom’s pissed and Nordstrom’s Rack will loose my business. Not the Nordy’s I remember! I didn’t shop The Rack to buy “The Rack” Brand! #boisegetsrtrash!

I will NEVER shop @ Nordstram rack in Boise. I went Christmas shopping yesterday and when you're out shopping on the holidays or in general every penny counts. The lady(KAREN H) who was ringing me up at the cash register was acting very strange the whole time, wouldn't make eye contact with me, say a word to me, nothing. I had to look down at the card machine to see my total or I wouldn't of had any idea how much to pay. Well needless to say the woman at the cash register overcharged me 50$ for some lipstick that I never even purchased let alone even looked at in the store. At the time the total on my receipt sounded about right, next day comes around and I have my good friends wrap my presents and they realize that I was missing 50$ lipstick on the receipt which was a red flag(nobody around me wears lipstick and I would never spend that much on lipstick anyway). I went back to Nordstram today and asked for the manager and that I need to receive my money back. The manager at first was very questionable about my situation because it didn't sound legit at all especially because I didnt have the merchandise to return(that I never was given and didn't want to purchase in the first place) but ended up giving me a refund for the 50$ lipstick. But my question is why was I charged for lipstick that I never even touched and why didn't I receive my merchandise that I "purchased". My opinion is you got someone that is stealing from your customers and your company. It definitely should be looked into further because someone doesn't just ring up a $50 item on accident especially when it wasn't even on the counter to get scanned in the first place. Image how many people this is happening to without them even knowing, I wouldn't of probably even known if someone didn't point it out. Just a heads up for people when they're out shopping on the holidays, CHECK YOUR RECEIPT'S.
