Sears

Our third time to the store, after not much help on our other visits, was the charm. There was a sales rep named George who came over, answered all of our questions, took time to make sure we understood everything and really treated us like gold. We purchased a dishwasher and are so glad that he was the one who was there on that day, If you need a large appliance, ask for George. He is highly helpful and no high pressure. Just made sure we found what we were looking for.

You can get good deals with the "Shop Your Way" points. For example: I earned $10 off my purchase, and the jacket was on clearance for $15 (from $50) so I only paid $5! The prices on some things can be high, but if you look around, you can find a good deal. Kylie was very nice and helpful

Tried to buy a tool in the tool dept. 2 people said they were too busy to ring it up. I asked who can do that and was told try appliance dept. 2people there said they were too busy. It’s no surprise Sears is going out of business. Besides craftsman selection can’t understand what that store might sell. Craftsman can be bought other places and haven’t bought anything else from sears in decades.

I was having a issue ordering something online so i decided to go into the store. 2nd mistake. Talked to a sales person Timothy. I clearly stated i was having a issue placing a online order. Rather than help me this sales person sends me back to online pick up. So I waste my time going to talk to them. They have no clue why Timothy would send me to them since they dont deal with placing orders. Needles to say i made a special trip to the store just to be jerked around by someone who either dose not know their job or dose not want to do their job. I would avoid this location if you require any help from the help besides ringing up items.

First the website and app is terrible. Its slow. I ordered an appliance online. After 2 emails 2 texts and three phone calls confirming my delivery, they never showed. I called to see what was going on. Sears cancelled my order! Despite that same morning someone calling to confirm delivery! I will not be giving a dime of my money to sears again. If I could rate in negative stars I would. Second the actual local store is a hot mess. The sales persons are so desperate for a sale you can feel the anxiety and in fighting. Its like being a gazelle walking into a field of lionesses. The prices are not at all competitive. You can go across Milwaukee and get the same things for 30% less at Target. Whereas you can order an appliance online with free delivery you can't get free delivery if you order it in the store. What sense does that make? Sears could use some desperate help with their business model. Checkout was a slow nightmare. The cashiers were so clueless and seemed to stumble through checking people out. Its no wonder Sears is going down like a burning plane. Some advice. Pay a livable wage and get rid of commissions. Update your pricing daily to be more competitive with stores within a five mile radius. Clean your stores better. Talk about a disorganized mess. Don't cancel orders without notice or explanation. According to my online search this is an ongoing issue with Sears. I was also not given a refund. They kept my $400 even though they cancelled the order.
