Kohl's Meridian

I bought a bunch of clothes for my girlfriend. She had no problem finding clothes she liked and put items together easily to make very cute outfits. The sale prices were amazing and the salespeople were friendly and helpful. We bought 2 tops, 2 tank tops, 2 shorts, 1 blue jeans and some pajamas all for $75. What a deal.

Two visits this weekend...one Friday evening, one Sunday evening. This store location needs some serious improvement at the Customer Service counter because what I experienced on both visits was not customer in my opinion. The gal on Sunday evening literally stopped helping me and went back to sorting out a previous return right in front of me, left me waiting for my receipt which I finally asked for. This was after she had let myself and other customers wait for at least 10-15 minutes before another clerk opened another register. Friday evening I was told to use the Kiosk to place an on line order, after about 20 minutes of being frustrated by the touch screen that only worked about half the time I completed my order only to have the Kiosk tell me there had been "technical server problem" and the order did not take. The gal at the customer service counter which is right by the kiosk looked up and said..."oh yeah its not worked very well for a few weeks now". And when I checked out at the front registers the cashier there acknowledged that that particular kiosk does not work very well but the one by the shoes department does fine. This lady did apologize but it wasn't her fault. Seems like the manager should be doing a bit more to run things better.

This store is consistently extremely messy. The dressing rooms are filled with clothes thrown on the floor and price tags as well as security tags can be seen on the floor throughout the store. The racks are always disorganized and clothing is mixed in with other things on the wrong racks so its impossible to find anything. The clearance section looks like a tornado went through and its never cleaned up. If you go to the nampa store you'll see the difference, that store is very neat and clean. Honestly I gave it one star so I could write a more detailed review but it doesn't really deserve that. There is one positive thing about this store. The customer service associate named Megan is awesome. She's always kind and very good at her job.

MY SHOPPING AT KOHLS WAS FANTASTIC. I HAD TO ASK A COUPLE OF TIMES WHERE STUFF WAS AND THE PERSONNEL WAS SO HELPFUL. FORGOT TO CATCH THEIR NAMES SO I COULD PRAISE THEIR GOOD WORK. I WAS IN THE STORE ON 2/17/18 THEN THERE WAS ALEX HE WAS MY CASHIER, I COULD NEVER ASK FOR ANYONE FRIENDLIER. BOY ALEX WAS ON THE BALL GIVING ALL THE DISCOUNTS THAT I COULD HAVE. THANK YOU ALEX. Great store for clothing and gift ideas. Their electronics has small space in the store but they do carry a few good items.
