Walmart Supercenter

I like this Wal-Mart. Its big, its clean, the service is good. The cart person outside is very helpful. If he or she is gathering up carts they are alert to watch and help people that are trying to find the cart racks. A lot of times they will take your cart and help you out. You guys are so awesome. Thanks for caring.

I was only there for 30 minutes and an associate by the name of Jim working in sporting goods helped several customers including myself several times and even cashed me out because no one was in electronics and automotive was over run.... well done!!!

This Walmart isn't as crowded as other ones and it's much nicer. Parking isn't too bad here. It's infront of roaring springs which I assume it might get busier in the summer. Prices are the same as the other stores in this area, I honestly can't recall interacting with employees, which is not a bad thing. The self check out lines are nice.

Very cluttered and poorly stocked, for a Walmar Super Store, compared to other parts of the country. Could not get assistance in several departments. Deli, housewares, sporting goods. Memorial Day weekend and only 3 registers open. Apparently poor management. My mother, a 25+ year veteran of the corporate office in Bentonville AR, was very embarrassed to see the state of the store. I'm sure it will reach the home office.

One of the main items I went in to get was a Black Pixma Printer cartridge. The Canon 245. There were TWO slots on the shelf for that item, but both were empty! Their is really no excuse for that since their Pixma Printers are one of their best sellers. One of my second biggest gripes, with all stores is rude shelf stockers. I am well aware that shelves need stocking (see my previous paragraph). But it is inexcusable to be indifferently blocking the aisles with carts and ignoring customers who are trying to pass by or placing their carts in front of shelves that customers need to get to. I had to ask one young man to move out of my way repeatedly. He just didn't get it. Bad form! I reported it, not optimistic about any results.
