Ross Dress for Less

The facility is clean on the exterior, however when shopping for pillows and blankets I had noticed the shelves were not dusted or clean, and several items that caught my interest were not only over priced compared to other locations I've shopped at, but they were also dusty and dirty. My personal input is that if they are going to overcharge then they need to at least make sure their product is displayed and cleaned. Also, the staff doesn't like to come around and ask if I needed help finding anything. Multiple occasions I needed to find a certain item, but I couldn't locate it in store, and whenever I would walk by an employee they wouldn't even look at me. It seemed as though they were purposely avoiding eye contact, and this was all the employees that I walked by. However, the cashiers are incredibly friendly. They always smile, and are happy to serve you at the checkout line. I just would like to see all of their employees like that, along with a more clean interior. Price reduction would he great too, but that could be left to personal preference.

Worst customer service I have every experienced in a department store. Cashier didn't speak the entire time she was ringing me up but she spoke to every customer that walked thru the door while she was ringing me up. She didn't even have the manners to say thank you after I paid for my items. Guess I was treated that way because I'm black. I'll never come to store 1125 in Boise Idaho again. The associate number was 396174.

The staff is friendly, they have a great selection and pricing. The return policy and ease was tops

Not my favorite store 🤐 I've noticed that the shelves are rarely stocked, and when they are it's usually with odd colored, oddly shaped, damaged product and/or out of style shoes and fashions. On occasion, a treasure can be found... Not often enough unfortunately 🤥

Amazing store with amazing deals that are always blowing my mind. They got ran through on Christmas, like always, but they are always getting new truck loads daily. A very friendly staff and customer service! I love Ross so much!
