Gordmans

Gordmans is like a highly organized Ross. They have some amazing finds. I can hardly get out of there without spending $50 because they have such great deals. Their clearance items get really low. I got a nice jacket in spring for $5. The shoes get really clearanced out too. I love how so much stuff is color coordinated.

Horrible customer service. We usually shop here, and my sister was visiting from out of town. We were at the cash register to pay, my Mom had asked her cashier a couple questions, all she could do was roll her eyes and give a rude "no" answer. I told her she didn't have to be so rude. That didn't stop her. She was an older lady with long graying wiry hair. She looked to be in her 60's. We will never shop at that location again. Alk she did was complain, the line was too long, they needed more cashiers. Not our problem. If a customer has a question, you be respectful and answer in a polite manner. If you're having a bad day, then go home, take a break, don't take it out on customers. She treated us horribly.

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED in Gordmans. I went in last week after having not been in for about 6 months and they have done this terrible thing. They've got row after row after row of straight long clothing racks now and its all organized by size and product type much like Savers. For instance one long rack is entirely pants broken up by size. The clothes were terrible compared to the fun things and inexpensive brand name items they USED to have. Its reallterrible. There's only one or two of any particular item and the shoes are really bad now. No more really nice fluffy dog beds and no more jewelry. The household section is the same but they had a lot less furniture. I'm so bummed. I used to enjoy the hell out of this store but now its really not worth going to. I have no idea why they would do what they've done. It actually made me think they were closing the store because the clothes were so random and not well stocked. I will say they have a huge lingerie area with nice underwear and bras and pajama sets but that's about the only positive thing anymore. Really too bad.

Love this place. Great sales and selection of items at good prices.

You can find some good deals here for gifts. Some prices are a little high in my opinion but overall you can find a good deal.
