Walmart Vision & Glasses

Wanted to go from monthly contacts to daily. Prescription issued 2/9/17. When I arrived for a fitting on 11/15/17 I was told that since it was ALMOST a year since my exam, I would have to pay for a full exam not a contact fitting. WHAT! First of all, why wasn't I told that before I took time off from work for the appointment! Second, they didn't figure out what contacts I needed until 2/9/17. Now they say after 9 months they want to charge again. Forget it. I have been a client for over 10 years. I will NEVER go back.

I arrived at 10:30 per my scheduled appointment and was told I had made no appointment, that there was 5 people in front of me and that it would be a long wait. I then explained to her that I did call the day before and scheduled an appointment. She said I must have called the wrong center. I looked at my phone call history and it showed the correct number to the Walmart eye Dr on new circle rd in north park Lexington ky. So this was quite frustrating and problematic.
