Fast an efficient.
Metro is awesome, but that might be because I'm from Ohio having no metro. Would like to see less Red Tape and better quality of service, more frequency on trips, less cost when riding train, and better job of telling the public why steps are needed to upgrade the system.
Could you please teach your train operators the art of smooth braking?!? I don't think some operators even try.
Very friendly folk. I went to get a 30-day visitor pass for disabled persons, and they issued me a card good for 5 years!
Always remember to register your Smart Card . It's the best way to protect your interest.
