Washington State Patrol

The other day when I was driving down the highway I came across a young coyote who had been hit by a car on the side of the road. The poor thing was paralyzed from the waist down, probably due to a broken back and I used my heat gun to test the pavement it was stuck on which read at 124 degrees Fahrenheit. The poor thing was suffering and stuck in full sun during the hottest part of the day. I called fish and wildlife but they were busy so I called state patrol. After an hour and a half of waiting for this poor creature to be put out of its misery I called patrol again who said the officer couldn't find me even though I gave clear directions and never received a phone call from the officer who had my number to clarify where I was. I basically had to beg for another officer to come out which took another hour. So all in all this poor young coyote was forced to suffer for almost 3 hours with a broken back on hot pavement because an officer took so long to come simply put it out of its misery. When the officer arrived I tried to thank him for him coming as he ignored me, walked past me, and told me to leave. These are not the kind of officers I want serving me. Sorry not sorry. Do diligence.

Funny our tax dollars fund them but they are 0 help, rude & make it Impossible to get ahold of them by phone.
