Wayback Burgers

Love this place.. very clean and friendly staff. Amazing burgers and their chilli cheese fries are spot on. They also have a kids menu.

Great all American food , and friendly service . why go to McD when you can have better food at comparable prices . Excellent. milkshakes are Awesome !! goin back soon.

I was greeted when I walked in the door, nice. My order was taken, and repeated back to me. My order consisted of chicken tenders, which were not greasy or over-seasoned, perfectly cooked breast meat. The chili cheese fries were hand-cut potatoes with lots of chili and cheese, also not over-seasoned, but very tasty. The shakes (chocolate and strawberry) were made with real ice cream in the traditional way, and we're good also. The prices are reasonable considering everything was made to order. I was asked if everything was ok, and on the way out after we finished our meal got a thank you for coming from staff. They obviously are putting the customer first, because the food and service were above average for this type of restaurant, and I like that!

Norwalk Location- food was on time. Food was decent but honestly it looked horrible and the quality is not there. I'd venture to say it is not cooked to order but rather pre-packed microwaved meat, etc. I'm not one to care much about presentation but this is definitely fast food. Do not come here for a "fancy" burger. Burgers do not come with fries and the burgers/cheese steak are very small and boring. The nachos we're basic and the cheese was only half melted. There were a ton of Jalapeno's but it tasted like there were none. I am sensitive when it comes to spicy foods but these had absolutely no affect (maybe they were frozen too??) Again, food tasted OK but I won't be back.
