Smashburger

Really good burger place. That goes beyond just a regular burger. The options of burger chicken and even black bean burger was very nice to have. They also have a huge range of sides and fries to enjoy with the family. I didn’t get a chance the half the milk shake but I will make sure to next time.

Nice fresh burger, tasty and juicy with lots of options to customize to your taste. Interesting options like truffle mayo, spinach, blue cheese, mushrooms, grilled onions, garlic mayo, etc. Great shakes and fries. Nice salad options too. Clean, comfortable, great service and fairly quick.

The burgers are uniquely different from shake shack and five guys. Each burger has their own unique flavor. I would prefer a regular sesame toasted bun over their egg buns because they taste a bit dry. Their local husky burger really stands out with flavors. However my favorite to go to burger is their truffle mushroom bugger. If anything else, everyone should try their fries. They are thin, crunchy, and superbly tasteful. If they can only streamline their ordering process and buns, it might be better than five guys.

I should have brought a dictionary to read--would have gone through it at least twice whilst waiting in line and waiting for my food. For the price, I could have gotten better food in a reasonable amount of time. The burger was ok but the fries were cold and nasty. They're probably too cheap to hire adequate staff. Don't waste your time or money with this place. Can I give zero stars?

I have gone to the Smash burger location in Milford CT 3x and all times are not good at all. The first time they are completely UNDERSTAFFED (they just opened this location) and we waited long time to get the order. Second and third time is the worst because we got out orders but always missing either salad sauce or one of the burgers. Tried calling and no manager on site and shift leader doesn't know what to do. NEVER coming back and NOT RECOMMENDING this location at all!
