From the time I entered the office to the time that I left, I felt that the attentiveness of the staff was exceptional. The team was pleasant and responsive, and simply made me feel like a valued client. The Doctor was equally the same and often called me by name. She was attentive to even the finest detail and allowed me to ask questions - then providing clear, easy to understand explanations. I felt that the eye exam was extremely thorough. The technician who fitted my glasses was exceptional - kind and caring come to mind. Having been to other competitive practices in the area, this team by far was exceptional. I will quite easily recommend my Doctor as well as this 'practice' to others.

Great experience. I've been a Repeat patient since 2010. Dr. Penny retired several years ago and Dr. Garry has been just as good. Professional efficient service. Great quality care. Appointment needed though. High volume of patients. Unfortunately at times not enough seats available in the small designated waiting area. Patients bring their entire family in on a busy Saturday fill these few seats. I Sat on a bench in the adjacent Lens Crafters, which was fine. Seems like the Front desk employee with the curly hair Julie has been there all these years. A Familiar face. She is professional, sharp & friendly, sincerely addressing me by my name each time I spoke with her today. She exceeds professional standards & made a lasting impression.

Too many patients booked. I was an HOUR post appointment! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! My time is money! Gonna give me a refund?

Great provider and they were really nice people....but it took two hours for a routine exam and contact lens fitting. Would recommend if you have the entire day, but if you don't and are trying to be done within at least an hour, not the place to go. Also the provider I was supposed to see "couldn't see their patients today because they had other things to do today..." 😂
