Wedl's Hamburger Stand

One of the best burgers in the USA - make sure you ask for the grilled onions. Busy during dinner time and on weekends. (Only open May-October?) Def worth the 40 minute drive from Madison. You call in to-go orders too. Good fries and ice cream.

We were in the area for the Jefferson swap meet. I came across this place saying that they had the best burgers around. They weren't kidding. I grabbed a chocolate malt on the way out and that was also phenomenal. If you find yourself in the area and you are looking of an awesome burger and ice cream, i would certainly recommend this place.

They're always packed so you have to wait. It's all worth it tho. So Love their burgers since I was a kid. I wll be 47 in June. Took my kids there and they also love it too.

If you like delicious sliders, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, ice cream, etc., you need to come here. All the meat is local! This is a wonderful place! Friendly environment, inside and outside seating.

Great service. Excellent ice cream and there burgers 10/10. I would recommend the Bacon and cheese burger. Although the wait was longer then I expected it was definitely worth the wait
