Toucan Food & Custard

Great food! Great custard! Great price! I haven't been here since the new owners took over until recently. I stopped to get my son a cone as a treat. The service was great, and the customers seemed happy. I wonder if the negative reviews is reflective of how people typically hate on new owners.

Since the ownership change the food has just been less than ideal. Not that it was great beforehand but definitely the additions to the menu do not knock it out of the park. I will try it again since it is a local establishment that I have visited many times and enjoy it in the past. And if it does get any better I will amend this review. Also way too many fries with the food but again that's just me.

The employees were rude, and the food sucked. Was just there with my boyfriend. One of the food runners gave my boyfriend his food in good timing but for some reason my food took a really long time. I'm pretty sure they forgot about my food because I saw them forget about somebody else's next to me and my food was cold when I received it. Also, the cheese curds there suck for how much they cost pretty much just bread. When I was leaving I noticed them standing in the kitchen looking at me and laughing, they were overall rude. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the ice cream is decent.

Pretty expensive, service is slow, can't even get a free refill on soda. My wife's pizza burger did not come with pizza sauce. The fries were really good, my burger was decent.
