McDonald's

My boyfriend and I went inside to place our order and had to wait almost 5 minutes before anyone took our order. There was no one else in line to order and 3 employees to clearly saw us but didn't bother to come up to the counter. They finally took our simple order of two cheese burgers and two fries, then we waited almost 15 minutes to get it. During those 15 minutes we waited and listened to their employees complain about how little they get paid and about how they think they should get paid more. After we left we noticed that they forgot a burger. We didn't have time to drive back so we called 5 times and no one answered. I am extremely disappointed in this McDonald's and disgusted by the amount of disrespect as customers that we received. Horrible service, and the food we did get wasn't that good either.

I love the customer service but the restaurant is not the cleanest. And for some reason my order is rarely ever right. LoL The prices have really gone up it's ridiculous!! I can go to a regular restaurant and get more food for the same price. It's really sad!! I think the prices the most disappointing!

Food is exactly what you would expect but the staff at the watertown McDonald's always seem way more efficient then other locations. I love being able to go through the drive through in 5min or less every time.

15 minutes for a Mocha is not fast food. They didn't start to make it until 4 minutes after I had ordered and I had arrived at the pick up window. Then they discovered they were out of Mocha mix - at 11:45 am as the lunch rush was starting? Had to pull up and wait. I know teens are the foot soldiers but what had the manager done to get them ready for this busy time? Checking that all prep work was accomplished would be a good place to start.

Love this McDonalds! Always quick and clean. The employees have brung my tray of food into the play area while I'm getting my 3 kids settled in on multiple occasions, which I don't expect them to do - thanks guys!
