I am surprised to see such good reviews at this basic sandwich shop. I had never been to a Potbelly, but see them all over the country, so thought I would try. It was only ok. I tried the customer favorite, which was advertised as the item they had to bring back due to popular demand, the pastrami sandwich. It was bland, nothing special at all. Maybe I will try again to see if I got a bad sandwich.
