Willow

Willow is my go-to for comfortable, quirky, and affordable clothes and accessories. I find something that adds to my wardrobe or enhances my jewelry box almost every time I go in. I love that I know the owner by sight and name, that the store goes out of its way to be family friendly, and that it tries new things and expands into other neighborhoods. Best of all, I have found gifts for everyone from a couple buying their first home, new parents, a stylish sister-in-law, and my 90 year old grandmother. I always leave Willow happy with the quality of what I’ve purchased and feeling good about both the amount I’ve spent and that I’ve spent it in a local store in my own neighborhood.

I try not to shop here more than once every other month because each time I come out with something awesome and it is easy to get carried away. This is my favorite clothing store in the city. I now have a closet just about half full of clothes from Willow... and I'm proud of it.

I walked in here the other day with a friend and loved the clothing and DC nicknacks. The clothing, I saw, was made in the USA and most was from California. I love stores that sell American made goods. It was nice to see. This is a nice place to come for unique items. I loved the scarfs and the sweaters in the men's section. They had a few nice dresses in the womens section. I thought the store was a little expensive. The person managing the store was very nice. The music in the store is very lively, I enjoyed walking around while listening to music and looking at the clothes.
