The customer service is excellent. They know customers’ needs and they keep things in stock. Their pharmacists are knowledgeable and take time to offer help. Great place to visit!

All in all a decent, well stocked, pharmacy. The employees are friendly & professional. Plus the pricing is reasonable by NYC standards.

The staff is incredibly helpful, and they really get to know you over time. If my wife or I come in alone, they always ask how the other one is doing. If they run out of stock they'll order something for you. And if you're in a time crunch just call and they'll deliver.

Nice pharmacy, good customer service,..the only problem is they don't sell without prescription unlike my other supplier - medicaidsupply@gmail . com

Found in one visit everything I needed and also what I wasn’t looking for but thought of getting. Nicely placed merchandise, clean and staff is polite. Will go back. They close at 12:00 am. Amazing

Windsor is the most reliable and personable pharmacy I've ever been to. They go out of their way to serve their customers. I would not go anywhere else. Their tooth brush section is in the top 3 worldwide! With Duane reade's on every other block Windsor is in a class all by itself.

The best. Before I return home from a doctor's appointment where a prescription was called in, they already have the prescription delivered to my home. If there is something they don't have in stock, it is delivered within hours or by next AM.
