Always beware of tailor shops that don’t post their price list for services. I know better, but I felt compelled to use them because they were so convenient. BAD DECISION! The alterations they did on my suit were marginal at best, and because I was rushing I didn’t quite pay attention to the charge breakdown. $80USD to let out the side of a man’s jacket is highway robbery! (Check around at other more reputable tailors). I didn’t pay that much in the Bay Area! The difference between robbery and thievery is that robbery requires your presence!! Well, these bandits won’t have another chance to take my hard earned money because I vow never to cross the threshold of this establishment. While on the surface the customer service seemed great, a disgruntled patron who was present during my fitting was besmirched by the owners after deciding their price was too high for an alteration. I’m certain the way they talked about that lady when she left is the same way they will characterize my decision to not come back but, frankly, I don’t care. Victims, beware!

You have to love small business owners. I think they are a husband and wife team. I know they have helped me out on more than one occasion. They do very good work. Prices on some things are a bit high.

Their English was so poor that they were unable to understand what service I needed. Then they hung up the phone. Zero stars!

They do good work; but they are way to expensive. If your alterations aren't urgent I would price compare.
