I am really enjoying the workouts. This was one of those things that has been a desire to do for awhile. After doing the free week trial I found how much of a healthy desire it was for me. I have been extremely challenged but not so far over my head that I could not grasp. There are different levels of classes that can round out my week. Did restore last night and found my heaven on earth. It was just wonderful.

Wow! This is such a great studio! The teachers are all so friendly, and I love the variety of classes. I'm already seeing a difference in my body after two weeks, and I'm so grateful to have the support and structure that being a part of YogaFit gives me. Jen, Mandy, and Nicole are all awesome teachers! Try a free week - you won't be disappointed.

For us older folks - we can do yoga at Yogafit! Modifications are suggested which I find very helpful. The instructors are top notch - I am very satisfied with my experience!

Fun and energetic staff makes every class a wonderful experience. Love the various formats and styles of classes. From Restore to YogaBurn and everything in between, no matter what your practice, you will find something that suits your needs.
