Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I guess I'm not a big fan of "comfort" food. Most things on the menu are deep fried. I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad that was nothing special. Everything else was pretty greasy. If you like fried chicken, fried chicken wings, french fries, etc, then you might like it. The business was clean and the service was good.

Ordered via phone to get discount on salads. Arrived to pick up order and, despite not having customers, our order was not started. The manager was rude and resistant to splitting up our order so we could pay separate. She then yelled at the cooks to help her and work faster, as customers stood listening. She then berated a cashier about making mistakes and tried to justify her frustration because she was anxious, again in front of customers. When our order was up, we asked to confirm what food we received and she told us that we got exactly what we ordered and sent us away. The store was clean and the food was good, just need some more training of management, or just a better manager. Kinda sad :(

So delicious. Their chicken tastes like dessert. Their bread probably has a controlled addictive substance in it. But everyone's favorite is that Zax sauce.

Waited for 10 minutes in drive in with only one car ahead of us. Then went to order and the girl didn’t know the menu. Then asked to get “fingerz” and they were out and said it would be 15 minutes. This was at noon. I never leave reviews, but felt frustrated, as well intrigued that a company like zaxbys wouldn’t have enough of their signature meal at a high traffic time.

Still one of the the BEST chains in the U.S.! I always order the Kickin' Chicken sandwich w/ Insane Sauce and Ranch to substitute. Insane sauce is not for the feint of heart! It will make you nose run and sweat lol. But you will love it if you love heat. :)
