I’ve been coming to APC since 2016 and its always my clinic of choice. Both this one and the BA location are fantastic! They always try to work with you on affordability and are always super polite. 10/10 guys, keep being amazing
Dr Jones has been taking care of my puppies for the last few years. I have two teacup yorkies, one is a little more needy than the other. After a not so great phone call with the receptionist today I was able to speak with the hospital manager and get everything taken care of today to make sure both my babies are ok. I am thankful for their willingness to go above and beyond for my puppies, even after a minor hiccup out of their control.
I’ve been taking my Doberman here for a few years and they love Doberman’s. Some of the staff has them too. One of the techs, I can’t remember his name, gets on the floor and loves on her and they really care. Some vets won’t give any medical advice over the phone, but since she’s a patient they are more helpful with my minor questions when they can be. Also, as the name says, affordable.
Went with my mother to take max a.k.a handsome boy. the whole experience was amazing ty u so much for treating our pets as if they were yours.
Dr. Jones and the staff at Affordable Pet Care Tulsa are exceptional! Not only do they take time to explain and are thoughtful about your concerns as a pet parent but they make you feel like part of a family. I recently brought my puppy into the clinic and Dr. Jones was quick to diagnose and provide treatment for my baby. We’ve used this clinic for many years and have such respect and trust for Dr. Jones and the rest of the staff!
My dog had got sick they were prompt and very kind. Took care of my cats as well. This is the only place I'm going from here on out. Amazing team and clean facilities.
This place is amazing! I have taken my puppies in this clinic many times and have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Jones and the staff there. The care and love that they show to me and my fur babies is just amazing. From the time you walk into the front door you are treated like family and this is what I like in a vet clinic. If you are like me your fur babies are your kids and you want the best for them. Affordable Pet Care Tulsa, Dr. Jones and the staff is the best. Can't thank them enough.
I had the unfortunate circumstance of having to put down my 13yo dog. I scheduled an appointment with another vet 2 weeks in advance. I wanted to give my pup the best last 2 weeks ever. And I did. When he wasn't around I would sit in anguish as my first dog was soon to be gone. The day before taking him, I called the other vets office to go over the procedure. The vet tech very rudely told me that they would not be performing the procedure and would rather be exploring other options. Now this was not something told to me when I scheduled. They also had made me pay for an exam at the time of scheduling. The vet tech refused to let me talk to the vet and told me she only thought I was doing this for my own convenience. I was devastated. I called APC because I had used them in the past for surgery on my other do an excellent experience btw. The girl I talked to on the phone was very understanding and helpful. She explained their process up front including how they could make my dog as comfortable as possible when we arrived. She gave me the latest appointment so I could spend as much time with him at the end as I wanted. When I arrived, they were very kind and professional. They took us back and explained everything again. I told them of my horrid experience with the other place. The vet tech was so nice and so understanding. The vet also came and talked to us. It was one of the worst pains I've had to go through. But it's the burden we accept as dog lovers. Dogs love us unconditionally. So we live with the pain of their loss. I will be forever grateful to APC and their staff for being so amazing, laughing with me, sharing stories, and being there in a time I wasn't sure I'd make it through.
We love Dr. Jones. She takes care of our dogs like her own. She’s thorough and is very good at explaining everything we need to know. She has been taking care of our dogs for the past 7 years and we have had nothing but great experiences with her and Affordable Pet Care.
