The American Institute of Medical Sciences and Education (AIMS) is an allied health institute that was founded in 2004. AIMS is a regionally accredited post-secondary institution which offers career-focused training. The main campus is located in Piscataway, NJ. In 2015, a second campus was opened in Edison, NJ.

The school offers training for a variety of healthcare related careers. The career training programs, which range in length from 1 month to 2 years, offer a balance of practicum and theorem. Therefore in addition to didactic lectures, students obtain valuable hands-on training in modern medical labs and have access to some of the most up-to-date medical equipment. Most programs also include clinical internships which allow students to gain practical experience in real healthcare settings.

AIMS Education is accredited by the Middles States Association (MSA-CESS).

I highly recommend AIMS education school. I attended sterile processing program. The classes were interesting and well organized. The chapters of a book were well explained. The professor was very professional and great at preparing students for certification exam. I really enjoyed the course.

I would recommend AIMS for anyone looking to get into the healthcare field. I recently graduated from the DCS program and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The faculty and administration always was more than willing to help with any of my concerns. My classmates are some of the best people I have ever met. Since the classes are small, everyone becomes a big family. I can’t say enough great things about the school. Do yourself the favor and take a tour of the school. You won’t regret it.

I am delighted to share my experience with AIMS' Billing and Coding Specialist Program. After successfully completing the program, I obtained my AIMS certification and became a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist by NHA. The teachers at AIMS are highly knowledgeable and well prepared, providing a supportive learning environment. I must commend Ms. Justine Keane, the Director of Student Services, for her exceptional efforts in assisting graduates with their job search. She goes above and beyond by arranging interviews and promptly responding to emails, often within minutes. I recommend AIMS to anyone seeking to pursue a career in the field of Billing and Coding. The program's quality education and dedicated staff make it an excellent choice for aspiring professionals. Thank you, AIMS, for the invaluable skills and support on my journey towards professional success.

What an honor it was to attend this school. From the application/ admissions process to graduation, this school has done nothing but prepare you and support you. I started their DMS program in 2021 and recently graduated with an incredible job in the field. AIMS is one of those schools that if you want it, they will do everything they can to help you achieve it. I recommend this school to anyone. I drove over an hour from PA to school five days a week and although that wasn't entirely  amazing, AIMS was 100% worth it. If you are even slightly curious about this school or any of their programs I would highly suggest reaching out because chances are if you attend AIMS, you will be very satisfied with your decision!

I am a current student in the Neurodiagnostic tech program at the AIMS Education piscataway campus. My experience here has been so amazing. AIMS Institute truly provides an excellent education and training and  support which I am so grateful for. All of the mentors and teachers are highly educated professionals who also maintain their friendly behavior to create a healthy environment at the campus. All of the staff and administrators have been so pleasant, helpful and accommodating throughout my whole journey. The school really does everything to make sure their students succeed when they step out into the real world. It is because of AIMS, that I feel confident within myself and optimistic about getting a job once I graduate. I highly recommend AIMS Education to anyone who is looking to get into the health care industry. This is your sign to reach out to them.

I was not given all the information regarding funding, wasted pto tine to go there, when from the very beginning it should of been told that the Pell grant wasn’t available to be used, and that I would have to take out a personal loan to cover the cost of school. That’s a big problem that should of been told to me from the very beginning, why would anyone pay 40 grand and take out a personal loan for college in the United States when they can go to a college and use the Pell grant and not pay back some of the loans. So you kept that information withheld until the very end. It’s very unprofessional and sneaky.  I was also told I could get the entrance fee back if I decided I wasn’t going to go. This was Oct 20th, it’s now Dec 11. Left multiple messages, emails nothing. Save ur time and don’t bother calling here

I just graduated from the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program at AIMS and I highly recommend this program to anyone interested in this career. The school does everything they can to help you succeed. The professors, lab instructors, student services department, clinical coordinators, and the owners go out of their way to make the experience as smooth as possible. I was able to get a full time job right after graduating with the help of the school

I am a recent graduate from AIMS in the Piscataway Campus for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. I would highly recommend this institution of higher learning for anyone interested in Ultrasound.  The educational services and the atmosphere are extremely ideal, and the administration is profoundly professional.  They are always there for whatever reason it may be, and it has been an experience educationally, like no other.  I would like to speak of Professor Sheetal Chhabra, as she made my time at AIMS wonderful in lab and lecture in a very professional setting. She is an amazing instructor and will do anything to help you understand all questions you may have, whether it be in a clinical setting, or simply the classroom itself.  I would also like to note that the entire staff at AIMS has been phenomenal.  The staff at AIMS really goes out of their way to help you succeed, and do their best, in order to obtain the highest quality resume to enter the work force as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.

I graduated from AIMS 2 months ago from the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program and I’m glad I ended up choosing this school. All teachers were very  helpful and will try their hardest to help you understand the material and will teach you different scanning techniques. I can say they prepared us well for the registry's. After completing the program I was able to get a job thanks to them.
