This father, son owned business helped me out a lot! I came in with a very tight budget, and they helped me out so much. They are some of the nicest people I have ever shopped with in the furniture industry. Very nice rustic furniture at a very affordable price! You won't be disappointed with the customer service this small business gives you!

This store is Awesome! I came in with a budget that when compared to other competitors I had enough for a sofa and love and one bed. When I asked how he could compete he laid out many options from several vendors and he had catalogs of choices and finally found the look my wife liked. After adding up what we could buy, it was twice as much as what we thought we could buy, we walked out with a sofa and love seat, coffee table, TV stand and two beds, our house is complete and the Father and Son team delivered it on time and took away our old furniture to donate! way above the call for good sales and service way to go Alford's.

This place is wonderful. Beautiful furniture and an amazing mattress brand! They carry Noah's. I think it's local. I bought a cashmere mattress and it's the best sleep I ever had! Service was amazing mattress is the best I ever had! Happy I don't need to search when I need a mattress they have Noah's? They got my money!

Alford is no longer at 312 E rock island Boyd TX. It now is a cute little resale shop called Harvey's gettin spot.They have a little bit of everything and very well organized i was impressed. I will definitely be back to the new shop.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.... I purchased a dinning room table from Alford furniture and the wrong table was delivered. After notifying the owner of the issue I was told that my dinning room table should be in by 2 weeks. Well it's been 3 months and the owner made excuses why my table was not in yet. I decided to call the owner and check the status of my order and I was told if can't wait until it comes in just sue him in small claims court. The owner Ron and his son was very unprofessional and called my phone cursing and he even threatened to fire one of his employees for selling me the dinning room table . I WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE IN MY LIFE!!!

Was very impressed at first. Purchased a sofa, love seat set, TV stand. Total cost was about 3000. Love seat after 2 days the seat was bent to the side, these are the reclining type of set. He came over and did acknowledge it was defective and said there would be no issue. Owner agreed to exchange for a different set and we asked for the set we chose with the motor reclining. He brought the new set to us and we discovered it had no motors. He proclaimed he would be back the next day with the correct set. Today is the next day and he said he was bringing it back out as soon as we paid the difference. Demanded cash or money order. Would not accept our credit card. So he decided he would not bring the new set out because he didn't want to deal with credit card fees. After arm wrestling he said he would give us a refund minus restock fee. The restock fee is only if the furniture was not defective. And if there was a restock fee it was 15%, he tried to charge us 30% for restock. So we arm wrestled again and he then stated he would bring the set back regardless. I have argued and argued my case until he send me a pic of the order which states the purchase policy and asks for a signature and date that we understood there were no returns. Honestly I did not even notice that section and obviously we did not sign it because we were not asked to. When we ordered it the lady just wrote down what we were purchasing, took our card and handed us the copy of the invoice and receipt. Did not ask us to sign anything. This guy is a real prick. Says he's just going to dump it on our lawn.

We stopped by looking for rustic rocking chairs. They had EXACTLY what we needed. Ron helped us out and was even willing to negotiate the price. Great customer service!! We will definitely be back.

We buy all our furniture here! Love this store!! Everyone is always very helpful and friendly! If there is something I want and they don't have in the store they can find it and get it for me!

Great western/rustic and luxury furniture at good prices. Staff and owner are friendly and Knowledgeable and easy to work with. Glad to have them in Boyd.

Great prices, selection , very friendly staff. And you can get custom stains and paint so you can have unique furniture.
