We've started coming here quite a bit in the past year, and it's always been a pretty good time, the food is always good, sometimes the concessions line moves slow but it's never been bad food, the theaters are kept clean and the seats are comfortable. One of the best AMC theaters in the area! We will definitely be sticking with this theater for all of the movies we go see
The movie theater is nice. The person at the ticket counter was very friendly but the person who checked my ticket at the door and the one I bought a soda from could have had a little more enthusiasm. I know it's hard to hire good people much less people that are excited about their job. Take a jacket, it's always cold at this place.
Our kids absolutely loved it. Popcorn was yummy. The bathrooms were clean, thank goodness because we had to take many trips with small children. Haha. Friendly staff and the seating was nice and comfy. They have reclining seats.
The place is fairly clean and is well maintained. The movie we saw was nearly sold out so we were only able to get back row seats. Not a problem because the theater isn't very big, but there is about a 4' wall across the front of the back row and we couldn't see the bottom of the screen if we reclined. We are of average height. I suppose anyone 6' or taller wouldn't have that problem.
I love the AMC West Chester 18. Always clean especially during the week days. We have the monthly plan and love watching movies on days like Mondays and Tuesdays when the traffic of visitors or low. The popcorn taste very good also. I always get plenty of coupons in my inbox, The price is reasonable especially for families. The staff are super kind and professional. Please remember to always be kind to the staff that work very hard to keep the place clean and in working condition for us to enjoy. Issues are quickly and respectfully resolved when you talk to a manager or message them on twitter.
I am a tall guy and due to narrow rows in most theaters I tend not going out to warmth a movie. There was ample room. The seats were comfortable. Of course, I loved the imax experience watching the movie Oppenheimer.
Great facility but restroom was filthy. The toilets were dirty, not clean half the stalls had no paper, I had to carry my granddaughter to 2 different stalls to get a not too dirty stall that had paper. Real sad/ disturbing ending to a thus far, great experience. Great movie experience and pre orders were good. I would have said 5 stars before I had take her into the " potty ".
Wish I could give 0 stars. This was the worst experience at the movies I have ever had. We came to see Barbie and when asking about the special edition pop corn Barbie car the staff were rude telling us it was sold out. I'm sure they had been asked a lot but no reason to be rude. There were so many people dressed as Barbie and not one photo prop in the whole theatre. The whole theatre was gross and sticky. The women's restroom was out of toilet paper. Lastly it was so extremely hot we were all sweating the whole time. I usually freeze.
We went to see The Little Mermaid. The theater was clean and well staffed. We normally wait for movies to stream, but my wife especially wanted to see this movie and we had a gift card from Christmas. We thought the movie was great. Movie ticket and snacks/drink prices are pretty outlandish.
Gone downhill... When I went recently, the theater was absolutely disgusting. The floors were sticky, popcorn crumbs everywhere, and the seat was dirty. It felt like I was in the cheap dollar theater again. It was also ridiculously hot like they hadn't thought to turn the AC on. The seats were very uncomfortable too. For $22, you can get better elsewhere.
