It's a cozy place; great for a family or date night. The staffers are polite too! Enjoyed a great drink at the bar. What it's lacking is upkeep. The chairs are torn, and it seems that the aesthetics are not a priority. Hope to see better attention to detail next time.
No longer have in theater dining, and service quality has gone down as well. The entire place looks like it is falling apart and is always dirty. The rewards system doesn't even work anymore, so I can't even redeem points from the overpriced cruddy food. Flies were in the theate, trying to get into the food. The waffle fries are cafeteria quality with a premium price.
This makes me so sad because prior to Covid this was the nicest theater! The seats look horrible, my recline feature didn’t work at all. EVERY single drink machine was down even water and icees and they didn’t tell us until after we purchased a drink. I’m not sure what’s going on here but it’s pretty bad.
Edit 8/30: more than three weeks after our visit, a payment posted to my card. Why in heaven's name would sometime from them post 22 days after our visit? This is shady. Wow. This place has gone downhill. They are short staffed. The bathroom was clean enough but instead of putting toilet paper back on the rolls, they just sat it on top of the dispenser. That's just lazy. They stopped doing in theater food service, though it's still advertised on the website. Now you have to wait while your food is made in the lobby, them somehow carry all the food and drinks to the theater without a tray for drinks or anything. When you are paying such a premium for food, you expect service too. When spilling popcorn and water all over the place because my arms were too full, I realized that the seats we booked had no trays. They were broken off. Fortunately the theater isn't full so we were able to move to seats with trays, but come on guys. Do better. If it had been full we would have had to eat in our laps.
Not the same as it used to be. Disappointed in how things are the past couple years. Disgusting seating, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Crumbs and food all over the seats, in the cracks and caked in the cup holders. Also the seats that recline don't even work. They are stuck in the recline position and the buttons don't work. Didn't even take tickets so it seems like anyone could walk in and they didn't seem to care. Used to be a favorite place of ours.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly but this place is not great. Not a soul in sight when we walked in to print out our tickets. Rode the escalator to the “bistro” which was giving “Ikea cafeteria” but with mood lighting. Everything was messy, half stocked, and not intuitive but the two people that were working concessions were very helpful and got us everything we needed. They didn’t tell me they were short staffed, but I could tell. I’ve been that person working on a skeleton crew, and it’s not fun. We both ordered the smashburger and waffle fries. The food was good but lukewarm. We were the only ones in the movie theater, which was extremely clean. It was hard to tell where the seats were when we ordered our tickets online, and it was hard to visualize what the theater looked like. We ended up way off center. The seats are comfortable but they have tray tables so they don’t recline all the way. I was comfortable, but the seats are pretty narrow compared to other theaters with recliners so if you are larger or have friends or family in larger bodies, these might not be as comfy as other theater recliners. Our movie was a Monday night movie so it wasn’t surprising we were the only ones there. I was excited to see this movie but the image was flickering the entire time— a subtle strobe effect that, now that I think about it, could be dangerous for some people. It was annoying, but we got into the story and tuned it out after a while. The protocol for where to leave your trays and trash needs help. It was hard to find where to do that and I’m still not sure we did it right. Overall, other than the option to have a server bring your food to you in the theater a $2.99 optional fee this whole theater is self-serve. It’s a weird vibe. The restrooms were relatively clean but lots of things were broken or missing, like the soap and toilet paper dispensers. The down escalator was broken and gated off when we left. Our experience was okay overall, but we probably won’t be back.
This theatre has gone downhill. The last 4 times we’ve been here the theatre seats and cup holders are filthy. Once I had to find a worker to clean off seats for us. And that’s all they did. They didn’t clean the other dirty seats. On the other visits I cleaned the seats we needed myself. The bathrooms have no hand soap in the dispenser. I hope these issues would be address soon.
We've been going here for the past 6 years and I can say that they are definitely coming back to their exclusive high end feel for the CinéBistro with some of the theaters getting updated seats. The service is always superb, however they no longer make the delicious meals they used to serve. Now the menu is more so concession stand snacks rather than a meal. One thing my mommy friend noted is that the bars for safety dividing the seats for people to walk to and from their seat safely consist of bars which is helpful when bringing our children. We're glad they can see around the bars
They were out of carbonation so no pop. They were out of Budlight on tap & bottles/cans. No one came to check on us while we were watching the movie. This was my first experience & I will not be back. Paid over $15 per ticket & definitely was not worth it!
Went with my family tonight to see Barbie. I was super excited since I haven’t been to a movie theater in a long time. First off my chair was broken and it wouldn’t even go down. There was something in my mom’s drink holder that stunk. The floor by where you get your tickets looked like it hadn’t been moped in over a month. No one was checking tickets so there were people sitting on the floor during the movie that had snuck in. There were flies flying around during the movie. The bathrooms were gross. I Immediately had to shower when I got home. If you want to enjoy your movie go to another theater.
