Applebee's Grill + Bar

We ordered one Classic dish appetizer, 12oz ribeye steak and two soft drinks. The taste of the appetizer was really not good at all, the sauces taste were like it’s been long time stored and was not fresh taste. The steak was under normal mashed potatoes was very cold. The coleslaw salad we couldn’t eat it, the only thing was good their french fries And when wanted to pay I told the waiter we want to separate the bill for two. They didn’t do it perfectly and the charged us more than the amount of bill, then they turned back after we noticed it and recharged us again for the exact amount of the bill. The waiters were not professional enough and not well trained. I do not recommend this restaurant to anybody. Ordered take out, went inside to pick up order and 2 waiters walked by without acknowledging me to see if I was all set. I didn't wait too long but woukd at least be recognized while standing there. Got the blackened shrimp Alfredo and spinach artichoke dip, was pretty good.

I have a hard time with the laziness and negligence of checking the receipt of the order for accurate items when preparing the order. I placed an order around 11:40pm off of DoorDash, I work overnights and was looking forward to a decently put-together order. Nope! Boneless wings were lightly sauced, I wanted bleu cheese but got ranch instead. I ordered and extra bleu cheese, even and didn’t get that either. Like, what is going on?!!!! I worked in fast food for nearly 6 years, and double-checking was always at the forefront before handing the order off to the customer.

The place has a very good ambience for both a date and for hanging out with friends. I ordered bourbon street chicken and shrimp which was super delicious. The spicy buffalo wings tasted very well with the ranch dressing. The french onion soup was also prepared well. The triple chocolate meltdown was a perfect finisher to this awesome meal. It was an amazing experience!

Was seated but almost 15 min and no one came to our table. No one even came to say, "I will be with you in a moment." The people who were seated after us already had their drinks and appetizers, and still no one came. It's was difficult keeping my 9 - and 7 year old calm, waiting to order drinks. They gave them kid mats but no crayons. So my wife and I decided it was time to leave after 15 min of being seated but no customer service. The worst part of this all was the manager talking to people she knew across from our table all 15 min. Such bad customer service I would not recommend.

I haven't been to Applebee's in a few years, but was in the area, so I stopped in for a late lunch. Got the tex-mex bowl, which was a fair amount of shrimp with cilantro rice not fresh cilantro, though, pico de gallo, guacamole and tortilla chip strips. It was a good size serving, though still overpriced at $14.00. Service was good and fast. The restaurant was clean and had a good sound system. But they have a tablet checkout system at just about every table - which is pretty cool in concept. I felt like just looking at it was going to give me a disease. It was filthy and the keypad was caked in finger grime and sticky. And I felt like I pretty much had to use this thing to check out.

I'm from California and used to having in n out.... This place, in my opinion, beat them out in taste! It was so tasty! Their onion rings were pretty good too but I stole it from my sister. Great place, loved the orange stools!Food: 5/5

We sat in the bar, our waitress was very nice and accommodating. We had boneless wings and bone in wings extra hot, this sauce was wonderful and I asked for more and she brought back more. The salads, Alfredo and chicken bowl were delicious. Very enjoyable experienceFood: 5/5

Completely incompetent. Twice in a row I came to pick up orders, on two separate occasions, and had to wait almost 20 minutes each time just to be greeted. The first time they were complaining that a disabled person was in the pickup space and could not come in to get their order. This time I’ve tried flagging someone down for 20 minutes, and when I finally got someone, the order that was supposed to be ready almost 30 minutes ago was still being made. Most of the servers were also loudly complaining about a large group that was in the restaurant. Lost me as a customer after this Edit: 30 minutes now and there are 2 other people waiting behind me that they haven’t taken the time to acknowledge. Avoid this place like the plague

When I’m actually at Applebees it’s great but EVERY time I Doordash, multiple items are wrong and it’s so frustrating. It completely ruins every meal I Doordash.
