My first time eating at Taco Bell. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the location. I ordered a Crunch wrap Supreme. It could have been spicy but I was happy to be able to identify all the ingredients in my meal. I'll try this place again someday.Food: 4/5
Well, I'm not sure if there's a way to ACTUALLY contact the restaurant besides actually going to the restaurant. I've tried calling the number multiple times and get nothing but what sounds like a fax machine. It's pretty hit or miss. Sometimes they make my food right, sometimes they don't. I just wish there was a way to contact them to make sure they pay attention to delivery instructions. That's their biggest problem.
They've greatly improved the exterior and interior. It's really nice l The food however was bland for the most part. They reduced the sizes so much and the taco meat was more of a watered down slightly seasoned slime with no texture of ground beef. My partners Quesadilla was very good but she acquired diarrhea a couple hours later. Stick a fork in Taco Bell, they are done. Qdoba, Moe's, and Chipotle blow Taco Bell away.
I eat here a lot on my lunch break. You know what you're getting from Taco Bell, but the team at this location is special. If they mess up, they make it right and warmly accept feedback.Food: 5/5
They constantly and consistently come up with reasons to close the store @ 8-9pm. They close the lobby super early was closed @ 7:40pm today and of you do somehow get an order... its always missing something.Food: 1/5
This place is a 50/50, but wow. Tonight was the worst. I got 5 things and received 4. However that isn’t the worse part. It was all things that I did not order. 3 out of the 5 items were supposed to come with sauces inside them and the food I got was so dry and gross. I ordered it as a doordash order and had no way to get a remake. If you are able to go to a different Taco Bell, please do.

Lousy service at drive-thru. There was a sign advertising Happier Hour 2-5, which I assumed meant free drink. I asked if the sign meant free drinks, and was told no. Looking at my pics, I understand it must mean something else. I asked about it when I paid - explaining I thought it implied a free drink - and was given a very curt & exasperated response that made no sense. Also was not offered sauce for my tacos or given a receipt. Please work on your customer service, Hadley Taco Bell!
If you're not going to customers to dine in it'd be a good idea to make it known! Especially if someone walks! Staff said the GM instructed them too! That's doubtful, but kept it pushing.Service: 1/5
Fantastic and delicious food! There usually is not a long wait in the drive thru at this location, so that's always a plus. I'm enjoying using their App and rewards program to earn free food, too. There is always plenty of parking in the lot outside, too, if you want to go inside to eat.Food: 5/5
