Classes consist of drills to increase hand-eye coordination, reaction time, speed, and agility. Techniques will cross over ALL SPORTS.
Class once per week is comprised of drills to increase hand-eye coordination, speed, agility, reaction time & CONFIDENCE! Kids can hone their skills here OR build new skills and techniques without the pressure or judgement of team play! Individual progress is tracked for a sense of accomplishment--homework exercises are assigned for accountability. Obstacle courses and circuits happen every class. Certified instructors, guest coaches and collegiate athletes are ready to encourage you to be your best! Ages 3 & up!
