I love the workout facilities, the new machines are great. When visiting town I always go to Spears for a fun game of pickleball. There are many levels of players from beginner to expert. Everyone is so welcoming.

I love that my brother and I are able to work out at the Y. And I am able to use the facility as an extension of going to school at Noble Academy membership is covered. However, I had questions and instead of being nice, I was looked at like I had 4 heads and was spoken to rudely by the front desk people for simply asking how things work between the school and the YMCA. I work at chick fil a and this is NOT how we would treat our customers. In the gym they say “wipe down the machines” which I always do, but it’s hit or miss weather the wipes are ACTUALLY filled. Too many handicap spots, and only 2-3 are actually taken. We can never find a decent parking spot. Card reader never works either. Other than this it’s a good facility.

I really enjoy the Aqua-arthrits class. It has helped me with my balance quite a bit. It has also helped with my hips and shoulders.

Excellent variety of exercise classes. Every instructor I’ve taken a class from is really, really good. They challenge you, inform you, encourage you, while Offering movement options based on your comfort level and cardio fitness

We love this YMCA. Friendly staff and many programs to choose from. We registered in the Basketball and swimming camps and kids had loads of fun.

it’s a nice place to workout but i like the setup downtown better—has more room & availability of equipment.

Great location and great new equipment, only thing I would change would be the locks , Raleigh had the ones you can do your own code and clear out as you leave.

It was great experience for my son. His bb Coach was terrific.

Great facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is clean. Love the variety of group classes offered.

I had a bad experience.  If you have any questions about a swimming lesson for children, the people from the front desk  gives you a business card of Aquatic Director. Trying to send her an email,  she never answer,  she does not answer to messages either . Bad customer service,  they do not care. I won't recommend anyone to go there. Sorry. Hire nicer people. And the people who care..
