Best auto parts store I have ever been in! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and stocked shelves every time I come in. I needed wiper blades installed on my vehicle and a very helpful lady named Harley offered to install them for me! Very sweet and bubbly personality made my experience a great one! Truly appreciate you all at this location!
I stopped here tonight when I had a problem with my car. I'm traveling from out of state and am not familiar with the area. Michael went above and beyond to help me and I'm so appreciative of that! Both he and the manager were very kind!

Honestly not even worth a star!! I called ahead to get one thing!! I called to make sure they had it in stock and told the guy we would be there in a minute or two! Got there in a minute and waited in line while he checked a guy out... then he went outside to put the guys windshield wipers on for him... which is awesome.. but it would only have taken a second to check us out!! But instead he tells his boss he's going to do that and that we are waiting to be checked out... she says ok!! And we wait and wait and wait to the point where I literally had to say "Hello" cause she was to busy counting her drawer down to go home!! Instead of taking care of customers!!! Then she said oh I'm sorry be right there and we waited more!!! Very unprofessional!! Never going back there again and telling my family and friends who shop at this location ALOT!!! They'll now go to Bristol!!!! Seriously y'all need a manager who wants to actually do her job!!!
Very unorganized. Didn’t know how or if item were in store. Idea of online order is to save time not waste it because employees can’t do their job. Then couldn’t even find my parts. Wouldn’t recommend doing online here they don’t seem to understand how the computers work. Store 345. Had better luck getting ice cream at McDonald’s

As usual a pleasant experience shopping in this store the employees are always so kind and quick to make sure your finding everything u need ok
Cheated me on my warranty! Bought/ordered the part from them, talked to the guy for 10 minutes as I bought it. Brought it back 4 days later and they couldn’t find any record of me purchasing it or a warranty! It was the same guy I bought the part from days before he knew I got it he even remembered me at first till he “couldn’t find any record” and even denied remembering I bought it! I did thrash the receipt originally cause I’m in their weekly getting parts and didn’t think anything of it. I will never come their again!!
If I buy automotive parts locally this is my place to go.
