Balboa RV Park

We loved our Stay here! The owner of the park was just awesome! Very nice, seen a lot of things, so he got story's to tell. The park is designed super cool, we were staying on yellowbrickroad. This place is just beautiful! Very nice murals on the walls, clean facilities and a Landry room. You can even buy detergent in the office! We just stayed for one night, but would definitely come back again. Walkability: The bus stop is just down the road. It brings you right to the connecting point where you get on a bus to hollywood. Once you understand the system of payment it's very easy to get around. Just be aware of the may homeless people taking the metro underground line. They're mostly peaceful though.

We needed a place to park for a night to break the journey up to Sequía National park coming from San Diego. We played a round of golf at Angeles National Golf which had a fantastic course and drove 20 minutes to the RV park. It’s such an eclectic RV park with about 200 spots. Found out from the owner Steve who personally gives the best friendly guide and help when checking in that there are about 100 people in the park who works in the Hollywood industry. You will see cool pieces of art works all over the park. Showers and bathrooms were clean. One shower building was air conditioned. Full hook up and most of them have shades. There is a descent fitness room and a rec room with a couple of pinball machines and a reading/game lounge area. Friendly staff.

We have traveled cross country and stayed in many campgrounds. The sites here are tight but it's a miracle there are still RV parks in the LA area where land is more valuable put to other uses. The service here is unbeatable. If you are staying longer than a couple weeks, Steve, the owner, will do his best to find you a good site. We got lucky twice with last minute bookings and we stayed here a total of about 8 weeks. The bathroom is impeccable. The laundry is cheap. The dog run is just a dirt patch in the back but Balboa Park is a 10 min drive south and Aliso Canyon is about a 15- min drive north. A lot of permanent residents live here and they make this place a real community. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I are travel nurses and Steve, the owner, is really accommodating and amazing. It’s near a lot of places in LA but also affordable. He also let us bring our friendly dogs. Next time we plan on coming back again, but we might just use one of his rental RVs instead of bringing our own because he has that as an option too. Rooms: Steve rents our RVs

Cute little RV park! I love how every spot has it's own little theme. They used a fork lift to park our travel trailer which was really helpful. It is a quiet park, 18 min drive to Universal with little to no traffic. But 30-45 minutes with traffic. Will definitely stay here again!Rooms: 5/5

Spaces small but understandable why. Doesn’t actually matter much because there are lots of trees enough space to hang out and lots of people live there so they’re all super-respectful and kind. Lots of good spontaneous conversations and the owner was kind and helpful.

The RV campground is in the perfect location if you're looking to do fun things in the Los Angeles area. The owner was extremely kind and such an awesome person to speak with. Not only did they provide the best hospitality, the owner also valet our Travel trailer into our designated spot, leveled us out, and provided his own chalks to stabilize us. The Rv campground itself has so much character and overall great energy i instantly felt at ease and relaxed.

Despite late arrival, very friendly and helpful manager. Clean bathrooms. Campsite not in Hollywood, but nearby. We can recommend it.

We love this RV park! Safe, family and pet friendly, overall friendly, and we love how they've paid homage to all things Hollywood. Very fun and sweet place to stay while in SoCal. Thank you, Hollywood RV!Rooms: 5/5

Stylish RV camp close to the Universal Studio and the Hollywood area! The lanes here have interesting names and decorations. Would definitely want to stay here again if I have the chance!Rooms: 5/5
