Bar Academy 101 opened June 2010,with one singular focus. That focus,from owner Robert C. Troisi, who with his nearly 19 years worth of experience and training in the bar industry, was to bring an affordable, hands on bartending training program to the Northern New Jersey area. Along the way, we have added so many more exciting programs and classes. Wine Education, Win e and Chocolate pairing classes. Who knew pairing a basic Cabernet and co co bean could be done before taking the class? Craft Beer education, hands on Sangria mixing, and our new and exciting BYOB Glass Painting classes where you get to paint, not on canvas, but on bar glasses!
