I recently purchased a white gold necklace for my wife’s anniversary gift. I’ve dealt with Barton Clay previously on multiple occasions and this is by far the best and most outstanding jewelry store I have ever been associated with. All of their staff truly cares about their customers which is obvious considering this business has been at it for such a long time. Due to my last minute decision on this purchase Eric and Ryan moved my order up the list and were able to get it completed and shipped out within three days! There is only one jewelry store in the country that will ever see my money and Barton Clay Jewelers is it! Great job as always team.
From the appraisal of my rings to the repair of a broken ring, everything was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. They have a great staff, all of whom are very knowledgeable. Shelby is such a delight, is incredibly patient and is very willing to go into detail about each piece of jewelry in the store. If you're looking for a great selection and a knowledgeable, yet not overbearing staff, I highly recommend you visit Barton-Clay!
Dropped off a watch to see if they could fix it. They said they could send it in for a quote so I said great. The quote came back to fix the watch for 1/2 of what I paid for it so I declined. The watch was picked up by my wife and I was charged $60 although that was never mentioned to me. I’ll be buying a new watch but not from here. I imagine they buried the cost somewhere they asked me to sign but nothing was verbally communicated.
I went to Barton clay to purchase a strap for my watch. The service I received was remarkable, from start to finish. The staff was very knowledgeable and paid the utmost attention to detail. Their watch selection is incredible and their jewelry is unique. I would recommend this jewelry store to anyone.
SO helpful and very quick!! the original place my engagement ring was from told me it would take 4 weeks to get it resized. Barton-Clay did it in a day! I took it back because i still felt like it was a little big and they did it for me no charge. Really enjoyed my experience with them!
I love Barton-Clay jewelers! For one thing, their jewelry and watches are exquisite......lots of choices. For another thing, when I have a broken watch, ring or necklace, this is where I take my items they have a quick return and always do a great job. I must say something about the owner. He’s always friendly and glad to see me. The employees at the welcoming desk are so sweet and friendly.....that is such a big deal to me. I've purchased a few items from Barton Clay and can honestly say I've enjoyed doing business with them. The staff there is friendly, personable, and greets me by my first name every time I walk in the door! I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a fine watch or other piece of jewelry.
Great customer service! I've taken a few of my vintage watches in for service along with some of my newer watches. Wide variety of watches that you would normally have to drive for hours or out of state to see. I also bought my wife's ring here many years ago. Lots of other selections as well.
