I take back my review. Only the worst of the original team is left and I asked for the information of the owner to speak to them about their terrible customer service and I was yelled at + insulted by the manager an old short woman possibly in early 50s. They have messed up my orders repeatedly after giving them thousands of dollars in the course of five years for individual and family orders. I am disgusted. Not worth the price, the time and disappointment. Honestly, super great team. They are always kind and welcoming. Food is consistently great and I love supporting a neighborhood business!
there is no way this place deserves more than one star. if anyone gives it more than one it's a bot. the restuarant and i use that term loosely is filthy. the portions are extremely small for the price asked. not to mention my order was incorrect. do yourself a favor and do not go here trust me. i got the steak and cheese and it was extremely disappointing
My family ordered a large meal from this place. We ordered 3 Deluxe Steak and Cheese subs that were mediocre at best. They had little to any steak, it was practically a bread sandwich. They should not call these "deluxe" at all and forgot several ingredients that we asked for on the side. I don't know what the issue was here but I recommend to NOT order a sub from them. The total amount of our order, excluding other items, was $71 to be ripped off in the end. What a shame.
I ordered monster steak and cheese. The only thing that was monster about it was my disappointment. Wow. Just wow. Terrible sub.
On 2 separate times I ordered my standard 15 piece wings, flat pieces, mild sauce and 2 Blue Cheese dressings. When I checked my order, 2 Ranch dressings were included with the order. When I called these clowns, I inquired on 2 separate occasions whether they had blue cheese dressing. I was assured they did. I also requested extra napkinso yet NONE were included. The last time they lied to me when they said they had blue cheese dressing when all they had was Ranch. If I had known that I would have canceled the order. When I called to inquire, “we’re closed” was the response. No matter, replace the dressing.I was told I would have to wait. I called @ approx 9:58 pm, it’s 11:05pm. Still WAITING!!!!!!!!! These jokers are just plain TRIFLING, No more!
The shrimp basket is absolutely perfect. It's like the best shrimp baskets of my childhood and I'm happy to drive 15 minutes out of my way for it. The pizza and wings are also great and the salads are both tasty and enormous. This is mostly a take-out place but there are several tables/booths and they're clean. The folks behind the counter were very friendly, too, and the prices are good.
