Gotta say place was packed! Is a good feeling to see all the hungry people waiting for food! Waited 30m for my Beefs Ribs. It was seasoned to perfection! My cut was very chewy. The staff was very nice and attentive.Dine in: YesTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
My girlfriend and I loved this place. It's a very casual place, sit yourself down granted we went during some mild business. Service was great, food was amazing, we both had faijitas and quesadillas and both are some of the best of each we've ever had. Alcohol was surprisingly cheap, 9$ margaritas was something we didn't expect from Easr Boston. 10/10 We can't wait to come back. Ps, door pulls hard.
I called this morning so I can order, but all I heard was some chatting and nobody even answered to me for like more than a minute. I consider that very bad service towards the client.
I must say I do not recommend this restaurant, the host came and did not even say hi to begin, second we order some beans and they were hard we told the host and she said can I get you something else when we were done with our food. And last we ask her not to charge the beans and she said she would love to but there was no manager to do the transaction, so what type of restaurant is this with not even one manager . And to finish we get charge the tip when our check was not even $100 and we were just 5 people I seen they charge you tip when your check is more then $100 or party of like 7. So I do not recommend this place.
The food is fantastic I love the burritos my wife loves the huevos ranchero the wait staff is excellent they take very good care of you I recommend it to anyone
The food was really good. It was my first time trying this place and the flavor of the food was really authentic. I ordered for pick up and had to wait an extra 45 minutes from the expected time. That’s the only downside. I do understand the fact that they were super busy and it was New Years Eve. But overall it was good.
The food was good but the staff members were horrible because of the lack of costumer service. My waitress did not acknowledge me or my family. She just gave us our menus, when were finished and was waiting to pay the bill she never came to pick up the tab or say goodbye or anything. I was no impressed with this restaurant.
The food is good but ived ordered many things and they all came different I ordered from east boston im not sure eho the employee is.
They made me wait wayyyy too long for my food. I didnt even get my chips with salsa at first, all I got was dirty looks. The food was good, just overpriced. It wasnt a lot of food either. I recommend if you aren't in a rush and dont mind faces being made behind your back.
