My family Dr. a Great place. Dr. A is a great awesome Dr who actually sits down and talks, plus explains everything to you. If you don't have a Dr or need something done, go see my friend Dr. A.
Ive been seeing Dr. Aryanpure now for 15 years. He has helped me through some very difficult times. He is always attentive, caring, and wise. I've never had a visit take more than an hour from when I enter the office, until I leave. What many people also aren't aware of, is that he has admitting privileges at DCH, which is a very good thing for your doctor to have.
I never visited a doctor that would send a child back in to school full of kids without the test results. This doctor sent my child back to school and told us to check back the next day for the results, when I called back they told me the one test was negative but the other test has not came back yet, to check back the following day. By this time I have sent my daughter to school for 2 days without knowing what she tested positive for. I called back today to find out she has the flu and rsv. I feel the doctor is the one that's spreading these viruses through our school system. Shouldn't you take a sick child out school until you get the full test results back. instead saying she is free to got back to school the next day. So this doctor just exposed over a thousand students . Please be very very careful using this doctor, and they wonder why they cant viruses under control. I thought that doctors to a oath to do no harm.
For the past few days I haven't been feeling well. I called my Primary Doctor for an appointment but they were booked and turned me away. I stopped by Bear Creek Family Practice and was treated by Dr Aryanpure. I was very PLEASED with this office because I didn't have to wait long in the waiting area and they quickly attended to my medical needs. His staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!!! Dr Aryanpure actually noticed my blood pressure was abnormally high. He and his staff immediately made sure I was comfortable and worked very hard to get it down. I was a little frightened but he made me feel at ease when he told me that everything will be fine once I get the proper treatment. I am only 36 years old and never thought I would be dealing with having blood pressure issues. After he took the time to educate me on my overall health and lifestyle changes, I realized that he cares a lot about his work and most of all his patients. I could've died if I have gone another day or even hours with a pressure like I had. He is the epitome of a true, caring and passionate doctor and He saved my life!!!
Recently I was needing to see a doctor immediately & Dr. Aryanpure was available. The care and expertise of Dr. Aryanpure was second to none. He didn’t just treat the obvious, he listened to my concerns & treated what all concerned me. The nurses were very caring and compassionate. From the receptionist checking me in, vitals and xrays this practice is top notch!! Thank you Bear Creek Medical for the wonderful care you showed me!
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Aryanpure for many years. He is very personable and has always been very good to us. He takes the time to listen and really cares about what is going on with you. I would recommend this office to anyone.
Dr. A is pretty cool overall. He is personable, professional and methodical. He cares for his patients but at times is a little less thorough than I would like. If you are persistent with an issue, he will address it with additional fervor. He does check back on previous issues on file and always asks if there is anything else needed before he moves to the next client.
This afternoon my husband arrived at the doctors office at 4:58 pm right after he got off work. The door was locked and the receptionist came to the door and asked if he had a fever or was experiencing COVID symptoms. He was not. She informed him that the office closed at 5:30pm and he couldn't be seen today. The door and the internet says they're open until 6pm. He was the only patient in the parking lot. It wouldn't have taken long to see him. He told her he guessed he would go somewhere else and she said ok. She was very rude. She made him feel like he was doing something wrong by being there. I called the doctors office and asked to speak with the physician or the office manager and was told by the receptionist that the office manager was gone for the day and I could call back on Monday and speak with the office manager. My husband, his work supervisor and my husband's son is always seen by this doctor. He is an amazing physician however, today was definitely a negative experience. We have never been treated this way from this physicians office and I am very disappointed. This experience makes us not want to go back to this office and to spread the word about what happened to deter our family and friends from going back to this physician because of his staff...not because of the physician.
The doctor was not particularly kind, patient, or helpful. “You’re young, you don’t need a primary care physician” he said, as he refused to write a prescription longer than 3 months for a lifelong condition. He even had the audacity to tell me it was because he wanted me to come back for more office visits so he could make more money. On top of that, he didn’t follow up with me on 2 separate issues that he said he would address, even after I left him multiple messages. Avoid this sleazy doctor
So we started off okay, with the doctor and nurse being very caring when my friend went in. HOWEVER, when my friend called back to ask a question about her blood work and medication, the staff was very unconcerned and rude. She said she crashed from the medicine they had prescribed and they told her to go the ER and hung up. She called back to make sure that she had used the right wording and asked to speak with the nurse. Dr. Aryanpure picked the phone up with only "hello?" She tried to speak with him and he told her that she needed to go the ER. She said that she didn't feel like how she was feeling was ER necessary, just that she needed her medicine adjusted. He then very rudely told her that he had patients to see and he didn't have time to talk to her on the phone. She could either go to the ER or come back in and bring her medicine. When she explained that she had only asked to speak to the nurse, not him, he hung up the phone in her face. Very unprofessional. Very low quality of service. There's a reason these places are called "docs in a box".
