Bear Creek Pediatric Clinic

This was my time visit to this hospital and we visited for general vaccination and general checkup so there was a Nurse practitioner who was seeing all patients and she checked my son and she said my son is having Ear infection and we said he was normal and he had no symptoms at all , so she said he is having ear infection and infection is very bad on Right Ear and she prescribed antibiotics medication which need to give Amoxicillin 400mg — 6ml twice a day which sounds like high dose so we call the hospital same day and receptionist told she will check with doctor and let us know but we didn’t get any call ,so we call them back and made a appointment for today with another doctor to get confirmed that my son is really have the Ear infection so we explained everything and Dr Baig checked and told us there is NO infection at all - this is very irresponsible of Nurse practitioner which she did not checked properly and misdiagnosed and prescribed antibiotics with 6ml twice a day and it is for 10 days Do you really think a 18months toddlers needs this high dosage of medication for 10days ?? And for today Dr Baig who checked us and for the Mistake which was happened for that he gave us a complementary Starbucks gifts cards and four box’s of A2 formula powder which is expired in 2022 and few itch relief moisturizer’s was expired in 2022. These are products giving to all infants and toddler baby’s ?. How can you keep this old stock and give it to feed the kids ?? Here is my question is the vaccination which was given to my son today is expired one or good one ?? We might be just a patient’s to the hospital but kids are life to us . Please don’t offer gifts cards if they write reviews People come to the hospital by checking the reviews and I’m here because of good reviews. Please be mindful before you provide all your service’s “zero star “ rating .

We have been taking our kids to this office for many years now and couldn't be happier. The staff and Drs are always attentive and caring and we have literally never once sat in the waiting room longer than a few minutes..not for appointments nor walk-ins. They are very efficient. Frankly, I find reviewer @Sai Kiran M's claims dubious and this office awards gift cards for HONEST reviews because there is a new Dr here in the staff. I have no problem with this and I'm no shill; this office is legitimately great. :

I can't recommend this pediatric and family clinic enough! Dr. Baig here is not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate. From the cheerful waiting room to the thorough care, it's a welcoming and reliable place for families.

I am extremely pleased with my overall experience at Bear Creek Pediatrics. I brought my 2 &4 year old in for yearly check up. Let me start by saying the staff had such warm and positive spirits. From the receptionist, medical assistants & the doctor. The doctor was professional, kind , and knowledgeable. The service was fast and I didn’t wait at all before seeing the doctor ! I’ve never had such a wonderful experience while visiting the pediatricians office. Thank you all at Bear Creek. My girls have found their pediatrician home.

Dr. Imran Baig at Bear Creek Clinic is not only highly knowledgeable, but also incredibly compassionate. He takes the time to listen to his patients and provides thorough explanations. I've personally had a great experience with him and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a caring and skilled doctor. His staff at Bear Creek Clinic is super friendly and welcoming, They always create a warm and comfortable environment for patients!

Been coming to this office for 7years, some of the best staff!! Our Doctor retired and she was amazing, but the doctor that took over is filling in her shoes nicely!! GREAT JOB!

My son got vaccinated today. Everything was extremely smooth. The front desk and the nurse were very friendly. Dr. Hicks was very patient. She answered all questions. I do recommend this clinic.

The clinic is very clean and the staff is very friendly and less waiting time…….. dr Baig always being very kind to all his patients and always being so punctual. He has great expertise in his field and he take care of his patients like a family and one can feel like they are in safe hands i will highly recommend this clinic to other patients………

I started coming here after my kids pediatrician retired. It's been about 8 years now. We see Dr. Shylisa Hicks. I absolutely LOVE her. The wait time here before the original Dr retired was unbelievably looong!!! Since the new Dr's here took over, the whole staff is awesome. No attitudes, quick service and the staff seems to really care!

The staff is incredibly welcoming and caring, making every visit pleasant. Doc is outstanding - his expertise and genuine concern shine through. Highly recommended for top-notch pediatric care!
