WHAT A JOKE! RUDE STAFF! Came into the store to pick up some items I ordered and PAID for online, it says ready for pick up in less than 1 hour, store closes at 8 pm I ordered my items before 6pm showed up at 7:30 and though they were still not showing ready for pick up they were common items I could grab off the shelf I assumed we could get my order settled. This was not the case. The “manager” told me it was too close to closing and that they were “barley unloading the trucks” so my items wouldn’t even be processed into the system?? Even though I can see MULTIPLES of the item I bought SITTING ON THE SHELF! What a pathetic excuse for a “manager” the staff is rude and clearly will refuse to help you DURING business hours. Not my first visit to this lazy Best Buy but it will probably be the last! Save yourself the time and trouble and either shop somewhere else or travel to a different state to shop at a Best Buy because the one in Sioux Falls is a humiliating excuse for a business.

Best Buy wanted to charge me $700 not including mounts to mount two TVs above a fireplace. I called Karl's and they charged me $400 and that included the mounts. Best Buy has gone so far down hill. They tried to talk me into buying two new TVs because then they could give me a discount on the fees to mount them. I wish I was making this up. They didn't seem to care I had purchased both TVs from Best Buy within the last two years.

Not sure if best buy is going out of business or what, I bought an expensive laptop and it has constant issues and geek squad gave up on trying to fix it. Been on tech support hold for hours. Hung up on. No one knows anything, can't find any of my details and no one can speak English. Terrible, only reason I still go to best buy is because it's the only game in town.

We usually come here when we need to do something with our phone lines because they offer good deals on their phones and work with most of the big networks. The cell phone area can get really busy and we have had to wait many times, but we learned the best times to go when they aren't too busy. When walking around staff always asks if we need help and are willing to help, but they do not hover over you. We have bought appliances, computers, etc from here and have been happy with all our purchases. I actually had an issue with a cell phone being delivered to the wrong address and then shipped back to the state it came from and Best Buy was quick to fix the problem and even gave us a gift card for all the hassle. The staff in each department is very knowledgeable in their products and the area they are working in and are able to answer the questions we have had. Currently, they require masks inside the store. They are also currently hiring for seasonal work.

Has been in Best buy for the last hour trying to get a wiring harness for my car audio as online it says they have one available in store so I get here and I'm searching all over every associate in the place is busy busy busy can I get anyone to help me finally I found somebody and for whatever reason this wiring harness that I need was locked in the back by the installation area so good thing I stuck around! Video showing how the cashiers just allow anybody to walk in off the street, step right up to a cashier even though there's three people in line and take care of the one that just walked in first!

The guy there was so helpful. Got what we needed. He made sure we saw all the options though. Great experience. I wish I would have gotten his name.

Prices are seriously marked up compared to most other stores and shops. Retail stores not online. Online prices are also high. Customer store services is good, floor sales reps. Another thing, long waits or ignored altogether. Some sales reps. are Excellent and some suck. Personal experiences will vary.

Professional staff and a good selection of merchandise. My reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is simply the fact that while they have a selection of merchandise, what I came for is usually out of stock and has to be ordered online. Otherwise, a great store to shop at.

Not a huge fan of the best buy workers following me just to let me know if I need help I can ask for it. Prices aren't great, I bought 60$ headphones just to find out they don't work, I went back and replaced them for 20$ headphones that have still been working since.

I began my 7 year time with Best Buy in Sioux Falls in August 1993.
