Guitar Center

Place sold me a lemon and wants me to pay $90 to "fix" it. Buyer beware. Will not be back. I found a better shop in town

I was so happy with the older gentleman that helped pick out my guitar he was so busy but took the time to make sure I was happy before I left

The staff were rude, unhelpful and the service was poor and expensive. Will never be back or recommend.

I love Guitar Center. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is that they desperately need more floor space. It is SO cluttered. I'm a drummer, and you frequently can't even get around the drum room to look at anything. Awesome store, but those poor staff need to get some more room!

The place is so unorganized and littered with so many boxes, inventory, equipment, etc. that it's like a maze navigating the store. Not the greatest shopping experience. Unorganized store = unorganized staff/management.

I called in from about 6 states away and was greeted by Summer.... Right away he was friendly and helpful. He walked me through everything I needed and even set up shipping right to my house. Even though there is a Guitar Center 30 minutes from my house, I will be sure to call Summer for any music needs in the future! Thanks Summer!

Customer service is very nice went there to get a guitar restrung they had it done in 20 minutes

We bought my son's first guitar here. They were very helpful and got us to a decent choice at a reasonable price. We bought the warranty and thank God we did. The guitar head just randomly snapped while in the case. Replaced and back to practicing within 5-6 days.

I’ve been to GC’s all over the US, this store is awesome. I’ve been in town working for the last few months, this place cured my boredom. They have a really nice selection to keep me busy. Every time I came in, I ended up having a good conversation with an employee, and I’ve talked to every employee and they are all top notch.

Picked up Brown Betty a couple weeks ago and this Gretsch can screeeeeaaaam! Can't wait to buy the larger single cut version.
