Took 2 rings in to be resized & had wonderful customer service. Great communication throughout the time that my rings were with them. Even got a few ring adjusters so I could wear them on my smaller fingers as well. Very easy and flexible appointment scheduling to pick up & pay!
I've gotten at least 7 pieces of jewelry from Zales in recent months. The staff has been wonderful. They ask the right questions about what I'm looking for and if not something I'm certain about, they keep their eyes out for new stock coming in that might be something I like. They helped my husband reset my wedding ring and were able to repurpose a band for another ring. I've also used Zales for jewelry repair and have appreciated getting realistic expectations for timeframes for the work.
Shannie was amazing! Didn’t carry the ring I wanted in store but was able to order it from the outlet! Sized me and my fiancé got exactly what I wanted and was cheaper than expected! Absolutely fabulous!
Went to have one ring cleaned and to get the other repaired as it is missing a diamond. Shannie gave me such great guidance for how to proceed. I know I and my ring are in great hands!!

We were looking for an inexpensive engagement ring, but the sales lady was rude at every turn. I'll go elsewhere. They made it clear they don't want or need my little sale.
It’s the fact that I haven’t had my engagement ring for a year, got it in July and it’s January. It lost a Diamond in august not even a month of having it, got it on July 24, Diamond lost august 1. I take it in and they replace the Diamond. Then in December 10th I bring it in for another missing Diamond on the opposite side. They replace and resize it for me. Now January 18th, 2023… another Diamond is missing, mind you I picked up my ring ready on January 7th. Have had it almost 2 weeks and it’s gone. Amazing Customer service, whoever they have fixing their rings for them ain’t it. Simple as that. I’m upset that I now have to bring it in a third time to get fixed while they have it for another month. Love the service. Don’t like whoever fixes their rings.
Chris and Shannie were great and helped me pick out a necklace for my girlfriend when I knew nothing about jewelry!
I was really happy with how helpful shannie was very respectful and helpful helped us find exactly what we are looking for can't wait to go back to the store again
