BGR8 Martial Arts has helped my kids in every area of life!!! I recommend this school to EVERYONE. I have watched my kids develop their confidence, leadership skills, focus, respect, and discipline. After sitting in on their classes, I loved the structure and holistic approach to this program so much that I decided to join the adult classes myself. I have gained SO MUCH from being a part of the BGR8MA family. I have gained confidence in myself & abilities, I have learned to overcome things that seem hard at first and conquer them with taking consistent action. I have learned so many self defense techniques, all while taking care of my body & mind and making them both stronger!
Over the years I’ve attended several martial arts studios and the teachers here are without a doubt the best I’ve encountered. They treat everyone like family and seem to truly enjoy teaching and coaching everyone to achieve their goals. Both myself and my 3 year old son take classes. I’m beyond impressed with how well they accommodate child classes centered at teaching basics, form, and discipline and also a challenging adult class. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly studio or any adult wishing to learn self defense

Loved it for 6 months, with both of my older kids. Husband lost job when Westinghouse closed the plant, and I was told I could get my money back, that I had just paid the day before, for our second 6 months. Took months and months of calls, texts, emails, etc. Finally the owner stood up and started paying us back. The plant closure also hurt their business. However, we have never rec'd our last check from him and it's now been over a year.
They have martial arts classes and birthday parties for the kids.
