We are providing fitness programs for young athletes as well as unintimidating fitness programs for all fitness levels.
Every program will being and end with evaluations. LYF Training evaluations are designed to assess participant's fitness levels, kinesthetic ability, and gauge progress for both individuals and classes. The LYF Training evaluation process is a 1 to 2 class process where the time it takes to complete the training is dependent on the size of the class ( number of participants/ instruction). LYF Training evaluations also serve as a placement test. At the conclusion of the evaluation, participants are given an ability level; Foundations, Development, or Strength. in addition to individual levels, evaluations also indicate the level of training each class should partake in.
