Debra was extremely rude to my family and I. She treated us like we didn’t belong at the gym. The glare she gave us when we walked into this location was hostile; like we were estranged or misfitting. She was extremely short and sarcastic in her responses to us. We were interested in membership, but left this location after being treated so poorly.
Nice facility. One of the front desk ladies was loud enough to complain about LGBTQ+ people using the facility and complaining about her "Christian" rights being violated by the "woke" liberals. She was loud in her conversation with a client. She's here Tues-Fri. I don't think she should be in a place where people from multiple backgrounds come together. Yes, the YMCA was founded on Christian principles, but have broadened their views over the years. But her behavior is atrocious to be working here.
Very friendly environment. Staff is very pleasant. It's not a huge gym but has everything I need.
Kim is fantastic. She is there opening up the Y at 5 am for us early starters. She is warm, friendly and professional. She cares about our experience and is motivational. She is an outstanding asset to the Y.
Small, but clean, with good classes.
Everything you need to get in shape. I am a senior an attend Circuit classes here. They have every level of exercise class you want. Also exercise equipment and trainers if you need one. Always a nice greeting when you walk in the door. I'm so happy they are there .
Clean environment.......equipment is like new. Courteous and friendly staff. High ceiling 's make it feel larger than life. Bathroom area is kept clean and stocked up. Great job folk's.
So very friendly! Everyone from the front on. Carmel Turner was so kind...she worked with my PT Courtney to optimize my therapy. So very grateful for the help and for both of them!
Always a great place to workout!
Very clean facility. Clean hygiene is a protocol must! Overall, I rate this gym highly.
